Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spray painting. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on all types of surfaces including metal, wood, fiberglass and PVC.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
- Apply paint using gravity spray guns, air-assist pumps and airless spray pumps while ensuring even coverage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in spray painting.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the painting trade.
- Ability to perform lifting as required by the job duties.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
