Automotive Service Advisor (Independent Shop)

Are you passionate about vehicles and people? We’re looking for a skilled, friendly, and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team! If you can confidently provide repair estimates, explain services clearly, and build trust with clients — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and listening to their concerns
- Creating accurate repair estimates and work orders
- Explaining services and recommended work in plain language
- Staying in touch with clients throughout the service process
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure workflow stays on track
- Helping manage parts orders and scheduling
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or similar role
- Solid knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Protractor shop software is a big plus
- Dependable, team-oriented, and professional
