Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers in test-driving vehicles and navigating the purchasing process.
- Maintain an organized sales environment, including managing inventory and displaying vehicles effectively.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales support or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and financing options is essential.
- A background in sales management is a plus but not required.
