As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you'll embody the essence of luxury and hospitality, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Duties:
- Responsible for record keeping of all inventory
- Maintaining and updating coffee bars
- Performing licensing as required
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Greeting and directing client walk-ins and appointments
- Providing refreshments to clients
- Performing clerical duties such as receipting cash transactions via Reynolds Portal
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Skills & Experience:
· Reynolds/CDK Knowledge preferred.
· Exceptional customer service experience
· Communication skills
· Organizational Skills
· Microsoft Office Proficient
· Previous dealership experience preferred but not a must
