Barez Auto Recycling is hiring an experienced Auto Parts Dismantler to join our growing team!
If you're mechanically inclined, experienced with tools, and have a passion for working with vehicles, we want to hear from you. Forklift experience is a strong asset!
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantle complete vehicles: remove engines, transmissions, transfer cases, doors, fenders, etc.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Drain fluids (oil, coolant, fuel, transmission fluid) following environmental regulations.
- Inspect and evaluate parts for resale.
- Label and organize parts for inventory.
- Operate a forklift to move vehicles and parts when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements:
✅ Prior experience in auto dismantling or mechanical repair
✅ Must have your own tools
✅ Reliable personal transportation
✅ Physically able to lift heavy parts and work on your feet
✅ Experience operating a forklift (certification is a bonus)
✅ Knowledge of power tools and dismantling safety
