- Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails to the service department.
- Book appointments and e-services or call as needed.
- Seamless coordinating and managing customer appointments.
- Handling customer service requests and concerns.
- Ensure parts are ordered for reservations
- Assist service reception with customer pick-ups and cash-outs
- Demonstrate high accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
- A positive can-do attitude!
