Mobile Automotive Detailing Specialist
We are an ambitious, customer‑centric detailing company looking for an experienced detailer who thrives on quality work and positive client interactions. You will primarily be detailing at a dealership we work with, composed of a wide range of vehicles that need to be showroom ready. You will also have the opportunity to partner with our lead technician, travelling in a fully outfitted service van to customers sites across the GTA. When ready, you may graduate to your own vehicle—taking full ownership of client communication, CRM updates, inventory, and chemical/equipment replenishment.
What you’ll do
- Transform vehicles inside and out—wash, decontaminate, polish, dress, and present them at a showroom standard.
- Maintain spotless interiors: vacuum, steam‑clean, and shampoo carpets, leather, plastics, and glass.
- Inspect every vehicle on arrival; flag any pre‑existing damage and plan the ideal treatment.
- Keep tools, towels, and chemicals immaculate and well organised; replenish stock from our central hub.
- Deliver a seamless, upbeat customer experience—explain services, handle objections, and upsell where appropriate.
- Log each job in our CRM, record photos, and communicate professionally with clients and the team.
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards on site and in the truck at all times.
What you bring
- Proven hands‑on automotive detailing experience (mandatory).
- Pride in meticulous workmanship and the discipline to move quickly without cutting corners.
- Confident, friendly communication style—comfortable selling add‑on services and building instant rapport.
- High energy and reliability, demand focus, efficiency, and zero downtime.
- Physical readiness for lifting, bending, and working on your feet.
- Full G licence (or equivalent) preferred.
Why this role
- Company vehicle and tools provided; no personal gear required.
- Direct mentorship from our full‑time detailing expert.
- Clear growth path to lead your own mobile unit and supervise staff.
- Flexible daytime schedules
If you combine elite detailing skills with genuine people‑first service, we want to meet you. Apply with a brief résumé outlining your detailing history and a short note describing the most challenging vehicle you have restored—and why you loved the job.
