Ricco Cash & Carry Store St. Thomas (Coming Soon) is looking for an Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant manager, you'll have to coordinate various store operations. This involves delegating tasks to staff members, tracking stock levels, ordering necessary supplies and ensuring a clean, safe environment for both employees and customers.
*Staffing Schedules
*Team Development, facilitating staff learning training, and development
*Must be capable of helping drive employees to meet goals, motivate them through challenges and ensure they have all the support they need to excel in their jobs
*Pillar in the community and be able to participate in community events representing the company
*Operate P.O.S. and handle financial transactions
*Ability to multi task in a high paced environment
*Maintain a clean and organized store environment with daily logs
*Inventory Completion and Control
*Meeting Sales Targets
*Ensure Store Policies are adhere to
*Presentation of store and advertising displays

· Ability to work in a high paced team environment;
· Must be physically capable of lifting and manually moving products weighing up to 50lbs. in freezer and dry areas
