Un(e) Associé(e) aux ventes est chargé de fournir un Service de Première Classe aux clients. L’Associé(e) des ventes effectuera également des tâches de réapprovisionnement et de nettoyage dans le magasin. Ce poste assure une expérience de magasinage positive dans un environnement dynamique, convivial et bien entretenu à l’aéroport de Montréal.
EXIGENCES DE POSITION:
- Démontrer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en donnant la priorité au client et en recommandant des produits et des promotions.
- Créer et entretenir de bonnes relations de travail avec des collègues
- Maintenir l'apparence du magasin
- Effectuer efficacement et avec précision les transactions client sur nos points de vente en suivant les procédures de l'entreprise
QUALIFICATIONS DU POSTE:
- Capacité à travailler à divers horaires dans un environnement orienté équipe 7/365
- Disponible pour travailler tôt le matin (début du quart) ou tard le soir (jusqu'à 23 heures), y compris le week-end.
- Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français
- Capacité de satisfaire aux exigences en matière de vérification de sécurité de Transports Canada (Directives pour les demandes d’habilitation de sécurité en matière de transport (HST) pour des périodes prolongées hors du pays)

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment
- Available to work early mornings (4am shift start) or late evenings (until 11pm), including weekends
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English and French languages
- Ability to pass Transport Canada security check requirements (Guidelines for Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) applications with extended out-of-country (OOC) implications)
