What is the opportunity?
In this role you will report to the Director of Global KYC Refresh and lead teams responsible for periodic global refresh assessment and client outreach for the Global Capital Markets team. Success will be achieved through successful navigation and familiarity within an operations environment, effective people management and ability to lead production and client facing teams, as well as experience with leading process enhancements and an ability to problem solve.
What will you do?
Lead the global refresh and client outreach teams to contribute to an efficient, high quality KYC Refresh Program
Oversee KYC Help Desk, and Corporate Actions sub-teams within the KYC refresh environment.
Motivate and manage the team to meet production targets, in addition to introducing process enhancements as required to improve efficiency and quality.
Provide strong customer service to clients, front and middle office partners.
Collaborate with on boarding colleagues on an ongoing basis to ensure efficiency and alignment on process and capabilities.
Build strong and collaborative partnerships with Front Office, Financial Crimes and other key operations teams including Data Analytics, and Account Management
Ensure internal stakeholders and colleagues are treated with respect, empathy, and integrity, contributing to good working relationships.
What you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
4+ years of prior experience in a related environment, preferably includes Capital Markets operations, and exposure to AML and compliance regulations.
Experience leading process development and implementing controls to mitigate inherent risk
3+ years of experience with people management, with a proven track record
Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to be used for reporting and presentations.
