Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic.
- Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with familiarity in using CAD technology being a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
