Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and take their orders accurately.
- Manage cash, debit, and credit transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Become a menu expert to help guests with their choices and suggest popular items.
- Ensure the front counter and guest areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and fast service.
- Follow all Harvey’s standards for food safety and health regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with a great attitude!
- Language: French is not required.
- Must be able to reliably commute to our Port Colborne, ON L3K 5Y9 location.
