Opportunity: Associate Advisor/ Executive Assistant / Client Support – Boutique Financial Firm
We are a small, boutique financial services firm located in Cloverdale, BC, specializing in comprehensive investment and insurance solutions for a select clientele. We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor/ Executive Assistant / Client Support.
About the Role:
You will work directly with our lead advisor to support day-to-day client management, portfolio analysis, trades, marketing and administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team in a professional, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized administrative support to the advisor including compliance, trades, portfolio analysis
- Assist with client communications and appointment scheduling
- Prepare and organize client documentation and files
- Maintain CRM and manage follow-ups
- Support in coordinating client meetings and ensuring a smooth client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A professional, friendly demeanor
- Discretion and confidentiality with client information
- Previous experience in financial services or administrative support is an asset. Mutual Fund (IFIC)(CIRO) license required
- Comfort with technology and office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, CRM systems) Social Media experience an asset
