Assistant Store Manager(ASM)
Who are you?
A likeminded individual with a VIBRANT COLORFUL PERSONALITY! You love to come to work and smile and laugh and have a fun time. You are obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door. You genuinely love connecting with people and are not shy to strike a conversation or strike a pose! Love clothes and have a true passion for making people love themselves and embrace their individuality! As ASM you have the same goals as your SM but in a supporting capacity. You will act as the second hand to the SM and work in tandem to achieve the store goals.

- Ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience by providing outstanding service.
- Achieve key performance metrics: conversion rate, sales targets, average invoice, units per transaction, email capture, and sales per hour.
- Support operational practices, ensuring the store runs smoothly while meeting sales targets.
- Monitor trends and provide feedback on external factors impacting business, such as economic, cultural, and fashion shifts.
- Contribute to store merchandising and presentation to reflect TLS’s unique brand image.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and styling techniques to provide expert advice to customers.
GO TEAM SCOOP – WE WORK AS A TEAM IN ALL OUR TASKS
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
- Help foster a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain operational efficiency, including timely floor replenishment and organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing TLS in every interaction with customers and team members.
BE GENUINE – COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL IN HUMAN CONNECTION
- Create and maintain TLS’s company culture within the store.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and teammates.
- Support store meetings and ensure corporate messaging is relayed effectively.
- Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the shopping experience and store operations.
