Responsibilities:
- Provide each guest with a personalized shopping experience and exceptional customer service
- Utilize Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers
- Support the store manager with merchandising and administrative tasks
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets
- Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth operation
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay informed about Suzanne’s fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of proven excellence in a fashion retail sales role
- Desire to expand your skillset and demonstrate strong leadership qualities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience meeting sales goals/targets is an asset
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform light housekeeping duties as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb ladders
