Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety practices and adherence to regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders regarding timelines, challenges, and updates.
Skills
- SIDING and Exteriors Subcontracts Experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Strong supervising skills with a proven track record of leading teams effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
