Job Overview:
The Assistant Site Supervisor will work closely with the Site Supervisor in managing the construction of multiple residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Site Supervisor in supervision and construction of residential homes.
· Manage subcontractors on site
· Responsible for ensuring sites are ready for the next scheduled trade
· Conduct on site quality control inspections throughout construction of the home
· Perform minor deficiency repairs
· Manage job specific schedules to ensure jobs comply with cycle times
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment (For example interior clean, snow removal and lot clean for safe access)
· Understand and adhere to OH&S safety requirements
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
· A Minimum 2 years relevant residential experience
· Strong communication (Verbal and written)
· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings and plans
· A current Police Clearance Screening is required for the successful candidate
· Detailed oriented
· A valid drivers license is required with a reliable vehicle
· First Aid with CPR and fall protection training would be an asset
Compensation:
A competitive salary, annual performance based bonus, paid time off, gas card, cell phone and vehicle allowance
