About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership role, you’ll support daily operations and ensure our guests receive outstanding service every time they walk through our doors. You’ll be instrumental in leading our floor team, managing inventory, and contributing to a strong and service-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during peak hours, maintaining service excellence and team efficiency
- Manage inventory control and variances, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Take charge of weekly orders from direct suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of stock
- Assist in developing and updating the beverage menu, ensuring creativity, consistency, and profitability
- Oversee daily cash handling, including reconciliation, deposits, and reporting
- Train, coach, and develop new front-of-house team members to maintain high performance and service standards
- Collaborate with and report directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, supporting overall business goals and operational standards
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is required
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in inventory management and supplier relations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
