We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction with focus on Restoration projects and possess strong negotiation skills.
*Responsibilities*
- Utilize required applications and tools provided to coordinate and manage projects
- Analyze project requirements and create detailed documents and reports
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project specifics
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Communicate with teammates (both internal and external) effectively and accurately
- Prepare and submit required documents for approval or information purposes
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in project management knowledge areas
- Strong background in construction methods and techniques
- Ability to build accurate and detailed project documents for heritage and non-heritage restoration projects
- Excellent project coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and remain an effective teammate

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
