REPORT CHAIN: Guest Experience Manager
DURATION: Full-Time Year Round
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
People Management Responsibilities
· Inspire and lead a high-performance team in a positive, collaborative work environment. Occasional front-line work may be required based on business volumes and operational needs.
· Conduct comprehensive staff training, performance reviews, daily team meetings, and ongoing reviews.
· Serve as a dynamic deputy, stepping into the roles of Guest Experience Manager and Ticket & Season Pass Manager as needed.
· Mentor and guide team members through coaching, comprehensive training, and insightful feedback sessions.
· Foster meaningful relationships within the team and with external partners, leveraging collaboration for success.
· Employ an engaging leadership approach to energize teams and optimize sales performance.
Operational Management Responsibilities
· Take charge of guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and escalating matters when necessary to ensure seamless experiences.
· Provide strategic oversight of the Guest Services operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
· Stay attuned to promotional initiatives and ticket variations, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
· Assist guests at transaction points, leveraging sales opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
· Strategically drive revenue generation activities to maximize profitability.
· Conduct thorough daily inspections, ensuring impeccable standards in all guest-facing areas.
· Navigate POS systems and e-commerce platforms with finesse to facilitate smooth operations.
· Set and achieve performance benchmarks to drive operational excellence.
· Work with other departments to ensure efficient and smooth operation of Dinner Tours, Events, and other activities.
General Responsibilities
· Craft a welcoming atmosphere, embodying approachability and positivity for all guests.
· Uphold impeccable presentation standards throughout the guest journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence.
· Exhibit polished communication skills, fostering strong connections with guests, colleagues, and superiors.
· Track, monitor, and address all guest feedback promptly and effectively.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Minimum four years of experience in a sales and service supervisory role.
· Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
· Strong customer service skills, enthusiastic team building, and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Analytical approach to process improvement.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Pay: From $46,000 to $48,000 per year
