Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support our management team in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the service industry, and the ability to effectively communicate with both staff and customers. This role involves supervising team members, developing training programs, and ensuring that all operational standards are met. This position will be a hybrid position as some shifts will be serving or/and bartending so need to have experience in both poistions
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Ensuring all aspect of the bar is running smoothly and reporting all issues to the General Manager
- Handle cash management responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Be a strong leader on the floor whether managing or in the role of server/bartender
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong skills in training development and effective communication.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, especially in a fast pace environment.
- knowledge and ability to use POS systems and has experience in both bartending and serving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
