Koh Tao Restaurants is growing, and we’re looking for two Assistant Managers to join our dynamic team – one for our St-Hyacinthe location and one for St-Hilaire.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar domain.
- A strong leader who can motivate and support a dynamic team.
- Someone organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant.
- Support and supervise staff to ensure smooth service.
- Contribute to scheduling, training, and team development.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Help drive growth and uphold the Koh Tao brand experience.

Assistant Gérant(e) – Restaurants Koh Tao

Les Restaurants Koh Tao sont en pleine croissance et nous recherchons deux Assistant(e)s Gérant(e)s pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique – un poste à St-Hyacinthe et un autre à St-Hilaire.
Profil recherché :
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de restaurant, en hôtellerie ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Leadership fort, capable de motiver et soutenir une équipe dynamique.
- Personne organisée, proactive et passionnée par le service à la clientèle.
Responsabilités :
- Assister le gérant dans les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant.
- Encadrer et superviser le personnel afin d’assurer un service efficace.
- Participer à la planification des horaires, à la formation et au développement de l’équipe.
- Maintenir des standards élevés de service à la clientèle et d’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Contribuer à la croissance et au rayonnement de l’expérience Koh Tao.
