Qualification | Requirements
· Operating the restaurant 5 days a week
· Scheduling and managing the FOH team
· Daily cash out, monthly report, managing software issues. Previous experience with Open table/Light speed/Moneris is a asset
· Keeping track of wine, liquor and FOH supplies with sommelier
· Organising events E-mail and group booking requests
· Hiring and training new FOH employees
· Being comfortable and efficient in a stressful environment
· Having worked in a fine dining establishment is a asset
· A passion for guest service, this position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required
· Bartending knowledge is required
- Wine & Food knowledge is an asset. Candidates with WSET diploma will have a strong advantage.
· A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days / nights
