Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. New fabrication and repairs to engines and generators. Low voltage electrical assembly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products using hand and power tools, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties
- Assemble various components and products according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to fabricate parts as needed. Must have their own tools. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Operate forklifts safely for moving materials within the warehouse as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues during assembly.
- Experience in fabricating parts or components is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including safe forklift operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
