We are expanding our criminal defence and civil/commercial litigation practice. Our firm also assists clients in real estate and business transactions.
We are a sole practice firm and you will work directly under the principal lawyer.
Job Duties:
The successful candidate roles will involve assisting and participating in regular Court hearings within the Ontario, Superior and Divisional Courts of Justice Ontario and assist counsel with case preparation and execution of all stages of a legal matter.
Qualifications:
Must be registered (or entering) the Law Society of Ontario's Lawyer Licensing Process Articling Program.
Experience within a law litigation/defence law firm is an asset but not a necessity.
The right candidate will be detail oriented, able to work under pressure and possess strong communication skills.
