Job Summary
Do you love working with kids and sparking creativity? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Art Teacher Assistant to join our team at Colour Inspired Academy!
Responsibilities
- Support lead art teachers during classes, workshops, and camps
- Help children with art materials and projects in a fun, encouraging way
- Set up and clean up art stations before and after classes
- Assist with birthday parties and special events and Face painting
- Provide a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for all students
Skills
- Energetic, reliable, and great with kids.
- Initiative taker, positive and adaptable.
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Responsible, organized, and a true team player
- Passionate about art (no need to be a professional artist!)
- Experience with children is a plus (teaching, babysitting, volunteering, etc.)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
