What You’ll Do
- elcome & Guide Guests: Greet customers warmly and introduce them to our VR rides, stations, and arcade games—providing extra support for first-time visitors and younger guests to ensure they feel confident and excited to play.
- Support Interactive Gameplay: Assist guests with setting up VR headsets, explain how to play various games, and help troubleshoot minor technical issues (such as with controllers, multiplayer connections, or basic equipment). Full training will be provided at the start of employment to ensure you're confident in all operations.
- Host Events & Parties: Help prepare and manage birthday parties, private events, and group bookings—creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Maintain Arcade Space: Keep the environment organized, clean, and safe; restock prize machines and ensure gaming areas are tidy.
- Foster Fun & Positivity: Bring and maintain high energy, creativity, and a friendly demeanor to keep the vibe upbeat and inclusive.
- Learn & Share: Stay updated on VR game titles, rides, and features. Provide game recommendations and support both customers and team members.
- Gather Feedback: Collect guest impressions and suggestions to help enhance the arcade experience .

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning VR systems and troubleshooting minor technical issues (training provided).
- Adaptable & Event-Ready: Ready for variable hours and day-to-day surprises; flexible with changing schedules and customer needs.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively, communicates clearly, and contributes ideas to improve guest experience.
- Qualifications: Secondary school preferred; 2–3 years customer service experience an asset (especially with children or tech/gaming environments)
