Exigences requises: Diplôme universitaire en nutrition/alimentation et expérience dans la production alimentaire institutionnelle destinée à une collectivité. Il est obligatoire de posséder une ou l'autre des certifications: la certification provinciale en salubrité des aliments ou la certification provinciale pour les manipulateurs d'aliments. Membre de l’ordre professionnel des diététistes de l’Ontario ou d’une autre province canadienne est un atout. Membre de la Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) est un atout. L’expérience en enseignement universitaire est un atout.

Nature du travail: Mise en œuvre des principes théoriques appris dans NUT3506 Alimentation des collectivités (cours magistral). Préparation et remise en place du laboratoire.
