Our ideal candidate is a customer service focused individual looking for a place to expand their knowledge and develop their skills. Someone who enjoys working with a close-knit team in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer’s inquiries via phone, email & text
- Schedule customers for recommended services & diagnostics
- Cash out service customers
- Build customer relationships
- Perform outbound calls to increase customer retention
- Prepare, review & process flow through warranty claims
- Saturday work required
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently & in a team environment
