What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients under qualified supervision
- Support facility operations through cleaning and basic maintenance
- Assist with patient monitoring and treatment routines
- Rotate through daytime and overnight shifts (approx. 3 weeks day / 1 week overnight)
- Contribute to facility upkeep—including outdoor tasks like lawn care, snow removal, and general maintenance across our 4 properties
- Occasionally work shifts at our Espanola location

- Starting wage: $20.00/hour
- Night shift differential: $3.00/hour (total $23.00/hour)
- Performance-based raises: Earn a $1.00/hr raise for each in-house exam you pass—up to $5.00/hr extra as quickly as you’re ready
