The Amazon Coordinator is a key player in monitoring and executing Amazon tasks and tactics. It focuses on navigating the ins and outs of how MEGAPRO intersects with and operates within the Amazon interface.

This person must have previous work experience, as well as experience using Microsoft 365 and other tools as described in the requirements.
This role involves support tasks for both the Operations and Marketing departments, including facilitating inventory and warehouse transfers and implementing graphics and promotions in the Amazon system. The successful candidate will have a skill set that thrives in activities that include data entry, report analysis, updating spreadsheets, and focusing on the fine details that make this pivotal part of our operations successful.

- Planning and arranging of North America FBA & Client Warehouse shipments
- Warehouse Transfers
- Transparency Code Ordering and Distribution
- FBA Shipment Monitoring
- Product Listing and Price Management
- Listing Creation and Edits
- Amazon Sale Participation
- Coupon Code Management and Distribution
- Client Price Monitoring & Quarterly Reporting
- Order Return and Reimbursement Reconciliation
- Amazon Storefront Maintenance (Direction from leadership/marketing)
- Amazon Ads and Vine Portal Management (Direction from leadership/marketing)
- Amazon Performance Reporting
- Managing and organizing digital and physical files, including but not limited to reports, meeting minutes, emails, and related tasks.
- Preparing materials for quarterly meetings and actively participating and taking minutes.
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, postal correspondence phone calls, and reports.
- Support the Operations Manager with miscellaneous coordination tasks.
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics as requested
- On the rare occasion, travel may be required.
- A willingness to share ideas and be creative.
EXPERIENCE
& SKILLS REQUIRED
- At least 2 years in an operations or data-focused role.
- Sharp attention to detail in writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Sharp attention to detail in numbers.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in effectively communicating and coordinating with company stakeholders.
- Experience using MS Office in a work setting, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- 1+ years of experience with CRM or ERP systems is an asset.
- Diploma in business or data management a strong asset.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and summarize findings in reports or presentations.
- A quick learner who can adapt and quickly react by thinking on their feet.
- Active driver’s license and ability to run errands offsite as required
