Role Overview:
Lead KX’s AI-first initiative by uncovering, quantifying and executing high-impact Gen-AI use-cases across product, operations and go-to-market teams. You will bridge strategy, technology and change-management to accelerate ROI from AI investments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Run rapid discovery workshops to map pain-points and AI opportunities.
- Build ROI models (cost, productivity, revenue uplift) and secure executive sponsorship.
- Prototype with best-in-class tools (Cursor, Harvey, Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) to validate value hypotheses.
- Create rollout playbooks covering data readiness, model governance, KPI tracking and upskilling.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product and Security to move pilots into production.
- Track market trends and evangelise AI adoption internally and with customers/partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7-10 yrs in management consulting, product operations or value-engineering with a focus on advanced analytics or AI.
- Demonstrated delivery of AI transformation programs ($10 m + value) in software or financial-services firms.
- Proficient in Python or R for rapid POC development; SQL for data exploration.
- Strong executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Certification in change-management (e.g., Prosci) or cloud economics (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with prompt-engineering, vector search and low-code AI orchestration.
- Exposure to kdb+/KX technology stack and time-series analytics.
Location & Workplace Type: This position takes on a Hybrid working model based in Ontario, Canada.
