Duties
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a high level of customer support.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date in our computerized systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Support medical office operations by coordinating patient records and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with clients, vendors, and staff members.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements
Must have 2 years minimum local Alberta experience as well as,
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial customer support setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using crm computer software for data entry and office management tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast and dynamic environment.
