The Praetorian Management Group is a locally owned & operated property management company that provides end-to-end services for landlords and co-tenancy/homeowners associations. Our team is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator who will provide front-line client relations to our clients, tenants and our contractor partners.
ABOUT THE JOB:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and will offer a high level of customer service to our clients, their tenants our our industry partners.. Duties will include (but are not limited to) schedule management, triaging incoming calls, responding to client & tenant inquiries, file maintenance, and job tendering and supporting new & exiting tenant processes.
This is an exciting role with room for growth, as the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on marketing projects, including maintaining our social media presence, and will gain significant experience in all aspects of property management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of job-related work experience.
- Post-secondary education in office administration or a related field.
- An understanding of various social media platforms, including Twitter and Facebook.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and the use of cloud-based programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and dependable, with a strong eye for detail.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- A background and/or interest in property management and real estate is an asset.
- A valid driver's license & insured vehicle is an asset.
