We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Support office operations by coordinating patient communications and managing inquiries.
- Assist with rehabilitation appointments e.g., giving treats, taking videos, animal handling, setting up rehab equipment etc.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience within a veterinary environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team in an occasionally fast-paced environment.
- Experience with canine and feline handling required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
