We’re a professional, patient-centered healthcare clinic that values teamwork, professionalism, and a supportive work environment. We're currently looking for a reliable and personable Medical Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time, evenings-only basis.
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll manage front-desk duties including appointment scheduling, billing, and patient communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, brings a warm and professional demeanor, and is committed to ensuring smooth clinic operations during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process billing, and payments
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, billing, and EMR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
Shift:
- Evening hours only (4pm to close)
