We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working. You will provide support to our Department Managers by handling a variety of administrative tasks related to our rental portfolio.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer and direct phone calls, reply to all email enquiries
- Provide general support, assist tenants and respond accordingly in a time sensitive manner
- Carry out administrative duties as requested such as maintain filing systems, copying, scanning, etc.,
- Entering debits and cheques into Yardi platform
- Manage collection reports and work with Building Representatives to resolve
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Enter and process resident leases
- Liaise with Management to handle requests, prepare & distribute paperwork, etc.,
- Assist in managing and maintaining daily office tasks
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Team
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience
- Prior administrative experience an asset
- Experience with Yardi property management systems considered an asset
- Intermediate to advance level with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills with a strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent quality, and accuracy of work
