The Administrative Assistant will help coordinate office activities and provide a range of clerical tasks. They will take care of all basic customer service tasks, data entry, and filing.
Duties of this position will include:
· Answering phone calls and responding to emails
· Entering requests for estimate into Jobber
· Receiving payment on invoices, running payroll, confirming job scheduling with clients
· Assisting with scheduling/ re-scheduling of crews in Jobber
· Taking minutes for meetings
· Running errands and picking up office/ shop supplies
· Filing
· Basic office tidying/ cleaning
Qualifications include:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Quick Books Online, and Jobber
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work independently
This is a near full time position with hours suited to a parent with school aged children, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 3:00. Hours may be decreased in the winter months and increased over the summer. Preference will be given to applicants that reside in Leduc/ Leduc County.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
