We're looking for a highly motivated and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our office, providing comprehensive support with a consistently positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our operational efficiency and contributing to our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Office Administration:
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
• Track and order office consumables and supplies.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
• Financial & Data Management:
• Manage and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain and update client records.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Serve as a primary point of contact, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Liaise with website technicians for updates and maintenance.
• Digital Presence & Marketing Support:
• Assist with content creation & management for Facebook and Instagram, including potentially taking photos.
• Support marketing initiatives as directed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Demonstrable proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Expertise in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Familiarity with managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and a quick learner.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility and adaptability to take on diverse tasks, including potential photography and basic marketing support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
