We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service and are looking to hire an administrative assistant for the Client Service Manager, it is the responsibility of the Client Service Manager to not only, fulfill client requests but identify sales opportunities and be proactive to potential client servicing issues.
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time task oriented, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible to for any task the Client Service Manager requires assistance for in order to provide exceptional service our clients. This would include updating our CRM, fill out forms for client service requests, managing electronic client files, following up with insurance carriers, and preparing customer facing materials for file reviews. It will also include receiving client calls and calling customers to book appointments, collect information so strong verbal communication skills are essential.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- A strong interest and motivation for building relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Update and maintain customer information; experience with HubSpot or Smartoffice would be an asset
- Support sales team by managing the sales workflow to ensure that deadlines are met
- Coordinate with sales team to resolve any inquiries customers may have
- Self-starter; takes a proactive approach and can work with minimal supervision
- Research skills
- Having your LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) would be an assets; or willingness to obtain licensing as it will be required for the position.
Interview process
Chosen candidates will have a phone interview first with the Client Service Manager, then if short listed candidate will have a phone interview with the President and finally an person interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
