Description of duties:
- Creating reports
- Answering phones, door, and reply to emails, check messages, redirecting as necessary
- Photocopy and file as necessary
- Open and prioritize incoming mail; arrange for couriers and deliveries
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, meeting agendas, and other documents
- Assist with scheduling needs
- Assist administratively with client intake
- Administrative and operational duties as assigned
- Perform other tasks as assigned including running errands, ordering and pick up of lunch, etc.
- Packing orders
- Mail out bulk correspondence
- Organizing, maintaining stock
The qualifications of the individual we are looking for include:
- Previous work experience in organization/administration is considered an asset (or transferable skills in these areas)
- Problem Solver/Positive Mindset
- Great team player
- Motivated by assisting others
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Superb verbal and written English skills with attention to detail, grammar, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Specifically, Word and Excel)
- Ability to maintain discretion, tact, and confidentiality at all times
- Ability to self-start and proactively anticipate needs
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is required

Salary: $17.20 per hour
