CanGas is a propane supply, service and equipment Company with people and infrastructure strategically located across Western Canada. CanGas has the resources and passion to vigorously compete and grow in the retail propane supply industry of Western Canada.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a strong working relationship with customers
· Work collaboratively with the team and customers
· Processing of sales invoices, work orders, lease agreements, and payments for customers
· Processing & tracking of propane purchases & allocations as required
· Ensuring customers pay their invoices on time through follow-ups, and sending required back up information
· Making collection calls for overdue accounts
· Respond in a professional manner to all customer requests, inquiries and complaints
· Completion of monthly reports and reconciliation as required
· Completion of documents regarding asset control and equipment inventory, as required
· Branch correspondence and filing
· Record and complete bank deposits
· Relay deliveries to drivers
· May perform other duties as assigned and project work
Qualifications :
· Minimum 2 years’ accounting and clerical experience
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
· Experienced with Microsoft Office
