We are a new, physiotherapist-owned clinic in St. Albert, proudly serving the community for the past three years. Our supportive, multidisciplinary environment is perfect for an Acupuncturist looking to build or expand their practice with the flexibility to set their own schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

What We Offer:

Compensation:
- 65/35 split to the chiropractor (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Independent contractor model – Full control over your schedule and vacation

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health histories and current conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer acupuncture treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Educate patients about the benefits of acupuncture and other complementary therapies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in acupuncture techniques and medical terminology relevant to practice.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare staff.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to empathize with patients' needs and concerns.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear instructions and education to patients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and treatment schedules efficiently.
