What you bring…
- Must possess a post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology or other related field from a community college or university
- Must have at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Must have successfully completed the Food Handlers Course and maintain it
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Point Click Care
- Demonstrated leadership ability and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of the Nursing Home Activities & Long Term Care Standards H
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
