Copper Tip Energy Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and possess strong analytical skills to manage accounts efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Experience
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Strong mathematical skills for account analysis and calculations
- Previous experience in a similar role as an accounts receivable clerk
- Excellent customer service skills with good phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
