Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are required on a daily and monthly basis:
Reconcile and post vehicle deals
File and maintain an organized filing system
Reconcile and post daily cash receipts
Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules
Assist with month-end matters
Prepare monthly bonus support for sales staff
Timely payout of vehicles
Identify opportunities to minimize costs
Assist Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk when required
Perform other responsibilities as required by the Controller
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive accounting role, including posting deals
High school diploma required; a post-secondary degree in accounting is a plus
Experience with PBS dealership software is a strong advantage
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Positive team player with excellent communication skills
