We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly account representative to join our inside wholesale sales team.
Burnaby Lake Greenhouses is one of Canada's largest family owned greenhouses. The hours generally are Monday to Friday starting at 6:30am on Monday and 7:30am Tues to Fri. but will require flexibility based on seasonal sales volume. It is based out of our Surrey office. This role involves processing sales orders via email, phone, and fax along with answering plant questions and looking after customer service inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge on flowering and tropical plants that will be sold to flower shops and chain stores in Western Canada via phone and email. Good typing and computer skills and a friendly attitude are key. As this role requires a keen attention to detail, we are asking all interested applicants to include a cover letter or statement that includes your typing speed and what your favorite plant is. If you have checked off that you have at least 1 year of horticulture experience, please provide details even if it related to personal gardening.
