Job Title: Account & Project Manager

Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Account & Project Manager to support day-to-day client communications and keep projects running smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing or agency career who loves keeping things organized, enjoys working on project details, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of agency life in the health and wellness space.
Responsibilities:Project Coordination
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments.
- Set up and maintain project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and status trackers.
- Help prepare for internal reviews and client presentations.
- Team enablement – coordinate project details with paid and design teams to ensure they have all the details to execute project.
- Review internal routes and shepherd projects through agency review to client deliverable/review.
- Collaborate with project and account management team members to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Coordinate approvals and feedback loops between teams and clients.
- Support influencer management programs by coordinating outreach, tracking deliverables, collecting content, and compiling performance metrics.
Client Communication
- Support client communication by drafting recap emails, managing meeting agendas, and logging feedback.
- Join client meetings to take notes and help track action items.
Team Support
- Collaborate closely with account, creative, and paid media teams to ensure alignment across deliverables.
- Enter tasks and update timelines in our project management tool (e.g., Productive, Asana).
- Help maintain up-to-date documentation and file storage for each client/project.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in a marketing agency, or fast-paced coordination role (internships count!)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Compensation: $50,000-60,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
