What you’ll be doing:
This is a hunter role, focused on acquiring new Perk Providers and building a stronger value proposition for our members. If you thrive on cold calling, opening doors, and converting prospects into long-term partners, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across Canada (and select U.S. opportunities).
- Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach strategies.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate ROI and align with partner goals.
- Negotiate terms and close new partnership agreements.
- Maintain CRM discipline with accurate tracking, forecasting, and activity logging.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and ensure smooth handoff to account managers for renewals/upsells.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a sales role, ideally with new business acquisition in digital media, partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of cold calling and consistent pipeline generation.
- Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding acquisition targets.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
- Knowledge of digital sales/affiliate marketing is an asset. Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
