We’re hiring an Account Director!
Anamorphiq helps brands build better business with digital-first public relations, marketing and creative strategy. Founded in 2019, we are a full-service, fast-growing, independent PR agency. We’re creative, collaborative and innovative, and we’re searching for a talented Account Director to lead some of our most exciting client accounts.
Job Description
If you have 7+ years of strategic communications and PR experience, proven team leadership and project management skills, a sense of curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit, then Anamorphiq may be the place for you.
The Account Director is responsible for:
- Managing key account relationships
- Delivering strategic communications, marketing and PR counsel
- Pitching creative ideas to clients, and executing on plans and recommendations
- Leading and managing Anamorphiq's team of communications professionals
- Managing account budgets and contributing to profitability
- Developing and maintaining relationships with media, industry spokespeople and sector influencers.
- Supporting agency growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Helping to foster our culture of learning, growth and creativity.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 7 years in PR and strategic communications in an agency environment
- Proven track record of building and executing effective communications, content marketing and digital marketing strategies
- Proven project management capabilities within a complex or fast-paced environment using Monday.com
- Excellent short- and long-form writing skills - captions, blog posts, reports etc
- Experience working across earned, paid, owned and shared media channels
- Able to work independently and drive projects forward
- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of how to grow accounts and secure new business
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
